The Mentorship Toolbox for mentors is a rapid-reference guide to effective leadership and mentorship. The Mentoring Toolbox equips busy scholars with essential, actionable tools to master mentorship. The toolbox was developed by Paraskevas Filippidis, Yale Postdoc Physician-Research and Cynthia Beigpregonne, Nursing Professional Development Clinical Nurse Specialist. It was created and disseminated as part of a collaboration between the Office for Postdoctoral Affairs, Yale Postdoctoral Association, and in consultation with members of the Yale School of Medicine community.
