Training Plan: The postgrad will receive hands-on training in:
- Grants and Program Management: Gaining direct experience with NIH grant processes, including budgeting, justifications, reporting, and navigating recent NIH policy updates affecting global research.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Supporting analysis of trainee outcomes and program metrics to assess the global impact of GHES.
- Research Implementation Processes: Learning federal compliance, data documentation, and multi-institutional coordination in real-world research settings.
- Professional Skills: Strengthening cross-cultural communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination through direct engagement with domestic and international partners.
- Career Development: Participating in YSPH seminars, career panels, and research workshops designed for postgraduates pursuing advanced study or global health leadership roles.
